Tour Itinerary

DAY 01 - ARRIVAL AND TRANSFER TO KANDY

Arrival: Land at Bandaranaike International Airport, Colombo.

Transfer to Kandy: Approximately a 3-hour drive.

Activities: Visit the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic.

Explore the Royal Botanical Gardens in Peradeniya.

Enjoy a romantic evening by Kandy Lake.

DAY 02 - KANDY TO NUWARA ELIYA

Travel: Scenic train ride from Kandy to Nuwara Eliya (around 4 hours).

Activities: Visit a tea plantation and factory.

Explore Gregory Lake and enjoy a boat ride.

Visit Victoria Park.

DAY 03 - NUWARA ELIYA TO ELLA

Travel: Another picturesque train journey from Nuwara Eliya to Ella (around 3-4 hours).

Activities: Visit Nine Arches Bridge.

Hike to Little Adam’s Peak.

Relax at your hotel with stunning views of the hills.

DAY 04 - ELLA TO YALA

Travel: Drive from Ella to Yala (approximately 3 hours).

Activities: Check into a safari lodge.

Evening safari at Yala National Park to spot wildlife, including leopards.

DAY 05 - YALA TO MIRISSA

Travel: Drive from Yala to Mirissa (around 3 hours).

Activities:

Relax on Mirissa Beach.

Enjoy a sunset at Coconut Tree Hill.

Explore the local seafood cuisine at beachside restaurants.

DAY 06 - MIRISSA

Activities:

Early morning whale watching tour.

Spend the afternoon on the beach.

Visit Parrot Rock and enjoy the coastal views.

DAY 07 - DEPARTURE

Travel: Return to Colombo (around 2.5-3 hours drive from Mirissa).

Activities (if time permits):

Explore Colombo, visit attractions like Galle Face Green, and the National Museum.

Departure from Bandaranaike International Airport.
